Made from corrosion resistant pre-galvanized steel, window wells are designed to be partially below grade to prevent backfill collapse around any below grade or grade level basement windows.

Each window well should encase a window well drain which is essentially a vertical piece of weeping tile. This drain allows for proper drainage by directing water down to the weeping tile system, and ultimately in to your sump liner, and then back outside via the sump pump and discharge.

We carry standard window well sizes at all times, and custom wells are available upon request.
