Our window well installation process begins with evaluating the location, size, and drainage requirements of each basement window. We ensure the window well selected provides adequate clearance and meets functional and safety requirements.

A window well drain is installed beneath each window well and connected directly to the weeping tile system. This allows water to be efficiently directed toward the sump liner, where it is pumped out and safely discharged away from the home. Proper drainage helps prevent water buildup, window leaks, and potential foundation issues.

Once drainage is in place, the window well is securely installed and backfilled to maintain stability and prevent soil movement. We take care to ensure the well is properly positioned and finished for long-term performance.
